Children play and interact with other children, contributing to their development.

Children play and interact with other children, contributing to their development.

Parents socialize and discuss the challenges of being a parent. Playgroups also offer plenty of opportunities for parents to learn about ways to help their children develop skills they will need for a lifetime of success.

Playgroup facilitators create play spaces for young children and parents – providing an opportunity for children and parents to interact, explore and socialize. Information about the Family Center and other community resources is available at each playgroup.
